Beneath the grand dome, this new temple of gastronomy serves colourful, generous and honest cuisine, made by Marcel Ravin. Born in Martinique and raised in Monaco, this Michelin-starred chef and consultant creates dishes with inventiveness and respect for tradition, which highlight the terroir of Lyon and draw on influences from around the world.
This recently opened gastronomic establishment has 350 seats (200 in the dining room and 150 on the terrace).
The establishment welcomes guests throughout the day, for brunch, lunch, after-work drinks, and dinner. Dedicated spaces are available and service runs from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm every day of the week. The huge dining room promises moments of culinary discovery to be shared. Breakfast and afternoon tea are served in the bar area, while the superb terrace beneath the grand dome offers a wonderful spot to enjoy warm summer evenings.
TERRACE
Le Grand Réfectoire can be hired privately for your events. Make the magnificent terrace, with its view of the grand dome, yours for the evening. It offers capacity for up to 400 guests in a distinguished summer atmosphere.
WINE CELLAR
For a more intimate celebration, rather than the wonderful "garden party" atmosphere of the terrace, you can hire our wine cellar to lend a touch of authenticity and cosiness to your seminars, meetings, product presentations and various events. Make the most of the iconic Grand Réfectoire's primary vocation by holding wine tastings for your friends, partners or clients, with various formats for up to 80 guests.
All year round, every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Closed exceptionally on December 25th.
