The Castel 1904 shop offers rigorously selected regional products (cold meats, cheeses, drinks, local crafts) as well as dishes made "100% homemade" in the kitchens of Castel 1904. The cooking methods are traditional and the products are fresh. A choice of delicious ready-to-use preparations. Each dish is bagged under vacuum or in a heat-sealed tray.

Host portrait

Jean-Luc MOUTY, after an apprenticeship in high gastronomy returned to his roots. He asserts his status as Innkeeper, has been nourished by his family history, the culinary teachings of his mother and grandmother.

We favor short circuits in our meat and vegetable supplies. We also cultivate a vegetable garden.
