Le Bœuf d’Argent is a high-end Italian-French experience to which you are invited. In the kitchen, a Maître Restaurateur sibling and members of the Toques Blanches Lyonnaises: Chefs Arianna, Viviana and Antonio Pisacane, disciples of Escoffier and from prestigious establishments. “They offer a bicultural culinary discovery that reveals their anchoring in the rules of art; Homemade cuisine following their inspirations according to the natural rhythm of the passing of time,” says Alban Perez, Arianna’s husband, with a background in serving at very fine restaurants. Also, in the refined, elegant and intimate setting of this establishment located in old Lyon, taste buds are delighted with set menus only. The adventure proposed by the siblings is at its peak with the food and wine pairing menu.
