Located in a green evironment at the heart of the mountains, with view of Mont-Blanc and Giez golf court, this appartment will please golf lovers who can watch the players from their balcony and enjoy 100m away the golf practice and the 9-holes course or 150m away the 18-holes course.
Fully equipped apartment 5 minutes from the beach: water sports, pedalo, SUP, sailing, cruises on the lake.
500m from the bike path, greenway for bicycles. Numerous mountain bike paths or hikes nearby. Passes and roads ideal for motorcycles.
10km from Col de la Forclaz pass, with a unique view of lake Annecy and paragliding and hang-gliding take-off.
