Simplicity, product authenticity, taste and pleasure are the values that the Atelier des Augustins wants to share with you.

The number of dishes is deliberately limited to ensure optimum freshness of raw materials. You can discover them on surprise menus only.

Since the extension in autumn 2023, a space combining heritage, Lyonnais architecture and design awaits you. In the dining room, the team will greet you with a friendly smile. In the kitchen, the brigade is busy helping you to discover exceptional local produce to match the wines, champagne and even juices, depending on the sommelier's wishes.

L'Atelier des Augustins has been awarded one star in the Michelin Guide 2024.

Sustainable tourism

Holder of the ‘Green Food ‘ certification since 2022, L'Atelier des Augustins works alongside us to achieve more responsible tourism.
Through this certification, Atelier des Augustins is committed to an Environmental Charter. The majority of products it offers are sourced in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, while the menu evolves with the market and the seasons, always including vegetarian options.

Ouverture

All year round, every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Whit Monday, May 1st, August 15th and December 25th.
Open for lunch and dinner except Wednesday and Saturday lunchtimes.
