I'm a chef who's been working in the restaurant business for quite a few years now!
I've always wanted to be a chef from a very early age, and I thought why not one day have my own establishment. It's now a reality!
After several years working in kitchens in France and abroad, I thought it was time to take the plunge!
From Lyon to the Basque country, via Finland, Switzerland and Australia, I decided to put down my knives in the Annecy region.
At L'Artisan, I want to :
- Offer quality cuisine using local produce.
- Promote the work of producers, winegrowers, market gardeners and breeders by offering precise, respectful cuisine.
- Limit the number of intermediaries to ensure a fair price.
- Passing on my passion and sharing my vision of catering, thanks to the knowledge I've gained from working with Michelin-starred chefs.
We work to promote short supply chains to highlight the work of our producers.
Whether in the kitchen or the dining room, we try to make the most of all the food we use, starting with raw ingredients and working our way through from A to Z.
We pay close attention to waste management, but also to the optimization of raw materials.
