This lake is situated at the heart of the Pormenaz mountains. The landscape consists of granite rocks and more rounded bowls, peat bogs and small lakes (left behind by the glacier about 10000 years ago. Impressive diversity of flora including many rhododendrons in early summer.

1st category lake, natural reserve
Open every day from 01/05 to 01/11 (depending on snow conditions).
