The L'Aiguillage restaurant is developing a sustainable approach that it takes forward on a daily basis. L'Aiguillage works as closely as possible with local farmers who are committed to sustainable development. The L'Aiguillage restaurant has been awarded the Maitre Restaurateur label, a state certification that defends the profession, with supplies sourced exclusively from short circuits or very small businesses. This certification defends craftsmanship and culinary skills by authorizing only cuisine made from raw ingredients: everything is homemade. L'Aiguillage also offers a reduced daily menu, with a focus on vegetarian and vegan choices. As far as waste is concerned, L'Aiguillage sorts its garbage using the compost set up by La Metro and the traditional sorting system. Single-use placemats are replaced by coated cotton table runners. Paper napkins are replaced by fabric napkins, washed, delivered and ironed by BMB in Seyssinet. Finally, the restaurant chooses eco-labeled cleaning products for its laundry and cleaning. The restaurant also works with Dabba Consigne, a young company that develops returnable glass takeaway boxes for a network of restaurateurs. Meal deliveries are handled by Sicklo, Grenoble's ethical and responsible bicycle delivery scoop. All these local players help create a synergy that we hope will be as virtuous as possible, reducing our impact on the environment while promoting quality human exchanges. Furthermore, in a business that today is concerned about its shortage of staff, we have been careful from the outset to maintain constant communication with our employees. We keep to a schedule that is adapted both to the pace of the company and to the rhythm of their personal lives. We also look at employee profit-sharing. Apprenticeship is another point on which we position ourselves. We take on trainees on a regular basis.
The L'Aiguillage restaurant has been awarded the "3 Ecotable" label. This label is in line with the values we uphold: quality of supplies, promotion of the work of local players, energy savings, quality of working conditions....

Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 12 pm and 2 pm. On Thursday and Friday between 12 pm and 2 pm and between 7 pm and 9 pm.
Closed Saturday and Sunday.
