In Les Airelles, the restaurant of La Tourmaline Hotel & Spa, the chef proposes new versions of local cuisine with a country flavour, making the most of local and seasonal products, as well as a large selection of Savoyard specialities (traditional fondue, fondue with cep mushrooms, hot cheese box, raclette, tartiflette, Savoyard platter, Savoyard menu).
Guests can enjoy their meal in our lovely bright dining room by the fireside in winter and on the terrace in summer. We offer full-board or half-board formulas with a gourmet daily menu using the best products from the market. During the week a menu of the day is proposed at lunchtime (not bank holidays). Our Lunch & Spa formula during the week includes the menu of the day and entrance to the spa (sauna and jacuzzi).
Our convivial lounge bar offers a wide choice of hot and cold drinks, as well as cocktails and aperitif platters. There is a gourmet breakfast buffet every morning. We can prepare picnic baskets. Our dynamic team is always ready to listen to your needs and welcome you with a smile in a friendly atmosphere.
