Situated in the heart of one of the world's most renowned ski resorts in Aime in the valley, it is the perfect base camp on the route des Grandes Alpes for a "ski safari", sampling a wide range of resorts (La Plagne, Tignes, Val d’Isère, La Rosière and the Espace San Bernardo with access to Italy, Sainte Foy Tarentaise, Les Arcs-Paradiski, Méribel, Courchevel, La Tania, Brides-les Bains with its thermal baths and casino, Val Thorens, Valmorel and even Saint François Longchamp…) or for visiting the surrounding area (Italy, Annecy, the Chemins du Baroque).
The hotel has retained the warmth of its welcome and the generosity of its Savoyard cuisine. In Les Airelles restaurant, the chef proposes new versions of traditional local cuisine with a country flavour using local and seasonal products, as well as a wide selection of Savoyard specialities. Meals can be enjoyed by the fireplace in winter or on the terrace in summer. Full board and half board options are proposed and there is a menu of the day at lunchtime during the week (not on bank holidays).
In the spa, bathed in light, our experienced beauticians welcome you in two comfortable treatment rooms and offer a full range of body treatments (La Sultane de Saba, OPI), organic facials (Estime & Sens) and our brand new range of specific treatments for men, for delightful moments of well-being and relaxation. The sauna, jacuzzi, heated indoor pool and squash court are all at your disposal.

If you prefer climbing, via ferrata is easier to try than rock climbing and is a real thrill for people of all ages.

La Tourmaline has been awarded the ‘Relais Motards’ label and is an ideal stop-off point for bikers on the Route des Grandes Alpes, or an excellent starting point for a day exploring our superb mountain roads or climbing the nearby passes (Col de l'Iseran, Col de la Madeleine, Cormet de Roseland...). You can ride to Italy in no time and put together a fabulous roadbook according to your wishes. We have a private, secure car park (from 15 April until the first snow arrives) for all your vehicles.
