This spacious guest apartment has been carefully modernized to offer two bedrooms with top-of-the-range comfort. Original elements including the terrazzo floor have been retained to recall the art deco signature of the house. For a night or a stay, you will benefit from the facilities and attentions designed by Alain and Pascal, the owners, to offer you comfort and relaxation.

Located on a private floor for guests, the apartment consists of a living room with kitchen open to the living room. Pleasant, very bright living room with SmartTV, Chromcast and Canal+ channels. South-East facing balcony-terrace access. 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed with bathroom and separate WC. 1 bedroom with two twin beds, shower room and separate WC. Television, Bluetooth speaker and desk in each room. Cleaning included for stays of 2 nights and optional for stays of 3 nights and more. Table d'hôte only by reservation. Provision of 4 bicycles, 2 of which are electrically assisted. Hydrotherapy spa, ping-pong table.
