Description

1 resort, 11 villages! Some of the sites already existed, others have been built from scratch in the architectural styles of the 60s through to the 90s. They are all quite different but have in common the famous red woolly hat, the symbol that unites them all under the same banner.
La Plagne has 11 sites spread over a vast area that stretches from the valley to the mountain peaks.

The valley:
Altitude 700 m - on the banks of the river Isère, the pretty town of Aime La Plagne is worth a visit at all times of the year.

The altitude resorts:
Range from 1800 m to 2050 m above sea level - right up there, a constellation of 7 villages with different yet complementary styles, set right on the ski slopes to offer direct access to all the pleasures of the mountain.

The villages:

Montchavin – Les Coches
Altitude 1 450 m - A delightful village with its own pool + spa complex that has been awarded the "Famille Plus" label. The ideal mountain location for a family holiday.

Montalbert
Altitude 1 350 m - On the edge of the forest, the perfect village for a refreshing holiday with your tribe, with views of Mont-Blanc.

Champagny-en-Vanoise
Altitude 1 200 m - All the charm of a traditional Savoyard hamlet nestled in the heart of a lush green setting, at the entrance to the Vanoise national park.

What sets La Plagne apart…
- the world's most visited resort (2.5 M ski days sold on average every season)
- a constellation of 11 sites from 700 m to 3 250 m above sea level
- unique in France: the Olympic bobsleigh track and the ice climbing tower (22 m high) in Champagny-en-Vanoise
- 12 fun zones: Colorado Luge, Funslope, Buffalo Park, snowpark …
- one of the world's largest ski areas. 225 km of runs (135 runs) with 70% of the area above an altitude of 2 000 m. Linked to Les Arcs and Peisey-Vallandry by the Vanoise Express cable car, La Plagne is part of the Paradiski® area
