SHOWS

- ENTRE / ANTRE by the BALLANDO Company

By and with Romaine Cochet, Hugo Garnier, Marèva Luchini
Music (bells) Heidi Cochet
What separates us/what binds us.
Bodies play together with spaces and interstices.
Perpetual coming and going.
Create gaps in the “still possible”.

-MEKONG. The River of 9 Dragons by Anothai Dance Company
With Yumi Célia taïko (Japanese drums) and Thô Anothaï (dance)
Taking its source in the snows of eastern Tibet, the Mekong crosses six countries: China, Burma, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. It was at the age of 4 that the choreographer crossed it in order to flee his country of origin, Laos. Memory of the emigrants who crossed this natural border in order to find their freedom, Thô Anothai invites us to browse alongside him, these snapshots of images which are revealed here as a modest and assured tribute. A slow but intensive crossing, a journey in a sober and refined contemporary hip hop dance, carried by the beats of Japanese drums.

- FOREST by Armand Gatti. With Louis Berthélémy
Armand Gatti would be 100 years old this year. A major French playwright, he participated in the resistance in Corrèze as a teenager. Buried in a hollow in the middle of the forest, he begins to build his life and his work. She will be entirely dedicated to writing. The theater will be like a violent poetic synthesis of love and commitment. Louis Berthélémy and Bruno Boussagol have produced a montage of significant texts.

- LA MAL COIFFÉE, Occitan and female vocal group. With: Karine Berny, Myriam Boisserie, Marie Coumes, Laëtitia Dutech.
Music and text: Laurent Cavalié.
La Mal Coiffée speaks out against all dominations, colonial, national, economic, media... With her polyphony and percussion, she tells us our heritage and our particular stories.
The Occitan language blazes, always standing, always singing, always ready to proclaim its solidarity, and to feed on all the emancipations and popular resistances throughout the world.

- The man who planted trees by the Théâtre des Turbulences Ecological show for active spectators by Jean Giono
Direction and acting - Stella Serfaty artistic collaboration - François Frapier
with Ombline de Benque, puppeteer and visual artist
A superb ecological and humanist fable. A man during a long walk in the Alpes de Haute-Provence meets a shepherd. This shepherd lives alone in this hostile country. He plants trees. One hundred trees every day without expecting anything in return. A few years later, forests of oaks, beeches, birches, ash trees appeared... The water returned. The villages are repopulating. The arid and desolate moor has become a land full of life... The public accompanies the story and becomes part of the story.

Arrival: around midnight
Mulled wine with HoBo’s, the 4 wandering musicians of our mountains

THE GUIDES

- Camille Sova - poet and writing workshop facilitator
Dreaming while standing with Don Quixote: the struggle and the utopia.
A mythical figure in literature, Don Quixote has lost none of his relevance today. Dreamer for some, crazy for others, he is the one who decides to live his delusions as much as his desires. What can it teach us today about ways of living in a world that is collapsing?

- Nathalie Agenmuller - High mountain guide
Women's resistance: commitment to Mountain Wilderness.
Awareness of the associated environmental objectives as well as the political obstacles. What is a Territorial Coherence Scheme in the Mont-Blanc-Arve-Giffre country. How to envisage the future?

Wandering between the stones Birth of geology.
How have we become interested in the earth since antiquity? Why is the Earth habitable? What are we walking on? Why our mountains? The 6th extinction?

- Hélène Altherr - Pharmacist expert in natural & functional health
At the paleo-Vallorcin table
Where to eat in Vallorcine before agriculture and livestock? What remains of our ancestral genetics today: are you more of a gatherer or a hunter? Or maybe half fig, half mammoth?!
