Opened in July 2015, the Maison du Bijou in Le Cheylard is a privileged space for the history and expertise of jewelry in the region. This museum tells the story of jewelry in Ardèche Hautes Vallées, from its first appearance in the 19th century to its contemporary production.
Explore the precious world of jewelry and discover a long tradition of craftsmanship, jewelry techniques, collector's items, original creations and testimonials to the history and origins of the region's industrial activities. Behind the scenes or on stage, jewelry can be discovered and revealed... Fascinating!

Opening hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 10 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 5 pm.
Closed exceptionally on Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, Whit Monday and May 1st.
From 01/07 to 31/08
Opening hours daily between 10 am and 12.30 pm and between 2.30 pm and 6 pm.
From 01/09 to 31/10
Opening hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 10 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 5 pm.
From 01/11 to 31/03
Opening hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 10 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 5 pm.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Easter Monday, November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
Free entry for children < 10 years.
