Description

The La Huchette fine-dining restaurant is in Replonges near Macon.
This property was renovated in 2019 with an open-plan kitchen to welcome customers as friends and make them feel at home. The open-plan kitchen offers complete transparency in terms of the preparation of fresh products, and the culinary creations of chef Didier Goiffon and his team.
His signature dishes are: La Bouilla-Bresse and Pear served with yellow wine and morels.
The chef at La Huchette, Didier Goiffon concocts his local gourmet dishes with influence from a range of sources, depending on the seasons and the products from local market gardeners.
