Old barn renovated with great taste just 1 km from the Bourg Saint Maurice funicular. An exceptional guest chalet with Savoyard architecture and noble materials. Unique creations to preserve the soul of this old building, with contemporary and sophisticated decoration. Nordic bath available: 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (see details with the owner). Charging station for electric vehicles (works with an application, freely accessible). Orchard and small landscaped gardens with giant self-service hammock. Buffet breakfast. No kitchen available. Safe in all rooms. Slippers, towels and welcome products available in each room. Surveillance camera outside, in the living room and dining room. Bedroom 5 (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm / 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm which can be combined into 160 x 200 cm) with mezzanine, bathroom (shower), WC and private balcony terrace. 2 shared terraces with Nordic bath. Skiroom with shoe dryer. Landscaped garden and private parking.
