Description

Bed and breakfast on the 1st floor of a working farmhouse, including the owners' accommodation on the first floor.
Access by outside staircase. From the balcony: private entrance for each room, or shared entrance via the kitchen.
Each room has a breathtaking panoramic view of the Mont-Blanc massif, 2 beds 80x200 cm that can be made into a double bed, a TV, wifi internet access, and a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
An extra bed is available on request for Emma's room.
Breakfast is served in the kitchen shared by the 2 bedrooms, or in the owners' living room for early-morning departures. On-site parking.
In summer: shared grounds with garden furniture, parasol and deckchairs. Cordon village center 200m away: mini-market, restaurant, tourist office. Town of Sallanches 4km.
Skiing: Cordon family ski area 5km, Combloux and Megève ski areas 7km. Hiking trails on site in summer.
In summer: Combloux biotope lake 5.5km away: swimming and wellness area.
Saint-Gervais thermal baths 12km away. Megève 20 minutes away, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc approx. 40 minutes by car.

Sustainable tourism

Concerned about preserving my environment, food waste is eaten by our chickens, the vegetable garden, balcony planters and garden are watered with recuperated rainwater, ecolabel products are used for cleaning, breakfasts are made with homemade and local products.
