To enter the "Le Cœur des Arbillats" organic farm is to marvel at a picture of shimmering colors and clear patterns. Franck grows his vegetables, medicinal plants and fruit on living soil, in the company of chickens and ducks. He explains his planet-friendly farming model, combining permaculture, biodiversity and ecology. He envisions syntropic agriculture and explains it to you with passion.
