Nicolas always knew he'd have a job to do with nature. When it came to choosing his career path, it was only natural that he should opt for agricultural studies. In 2013, he took over a farm in Albiez-le-Jeune. The previous owner had cows and sheep for meat production. Nicolas kept a few sheep and bought around thirty kids to start his business. He wants to make the most of his production
milk from his goats. Today, he has around fifty goats on his farm. Nicolas produces several types of farmhouse goat cheese.
All year round, daily.
