The Brasserie, now located on the main floor of the IMPERIAL PALACE hotel, offers a warm and contemporary atmosphere, or in summer on its terrace with a breathtaking view over the lake, a relaxed cuisine accessible to all, with a wide choice of menus and à la carte dishes and its "P'tits Loups" formula to delight children.

As the seasons go by, the Chef and his brigade brilliantly revisit local specialities and the emblematic dishes of traditional brasseries. To round off your gourmet escapade, you're sure to be tempted by the irresistible treats on the homemade dessert buffet!

Sustainable tourism

Our chefs offer dishes that change with the seasons, and use a lot of locally-grown produce.
The wine list has been extended to include organic wines.
As with the rest of the restaurant, selective sorting and bio-waste collection are organised.
