Boria: "The little farm" in Patois. A tribute to the peasant roots of the chef and owner: Florian Descours, a native of Privas, the smallest prefecture in France. The bread is made on the spot, as are the cold meats, which are made from our pigs bred for us by Gérald Deschanel in Beaulieu, over there, in the southern Ardèche.
