The vineyards undulate between 250 and 500 meters above sea level. This multi-faceted terroir is dotted with small hamlets and villages. Three crus are produced: Jongieux, Marestel and Monthoux. White grape varieties include Altesse or Roussette, Chardonnay and Jacquère; red grape varieties include Mondeuse, Gamay and Pinot.
