Introductory and introductory sessions, supervised by our instructors, take place at natural sites close to Lac d'Aiguebelette.
At the Col de l'Epine, Col du Banchet, around Yenne or on the heights of the Via-Rhôna, different practice sites can be proposed according to level and desired approach.
Climbing mobilizes and develops many physical and mental faculties: coordination, tonicity, self-confidence, willpower, commitment, solidarity and mutual aid.
From 01/04 to 01/11, daily.
