During this introductory course, you'll learn how to use Nordic walking poles correctly to optimise your posture, strengthen your cardio-respiratory system and tone your whole body.
The activity takes the form of a loop, with a planned return to the starting point.
From 01/07 to 26/08/2025, every Tuesday between 3 pm and 6 pm.
First session from 3 pm to 4.30 pm.
Second session from 4.30 pm to 6 pm.
Subject to favorable weather.
Free of charge. Activity included in the Flaine Summer Pass.
