Introduction to mountain biking for adults at La Faucille

The ideal site for risk-free learning.
We all think we know how to ride a bike! But mountain biking in a natural environment requires you to master a large number of techniques. Our aim is to give you rapid access to this learning process in complete safety.
Topics covered:
- Riding position and bike set-up
- Positioning the rider on the bike according to circumstances
- Learning to brake / emergency braking
- Passing on a slope/steep incline
- How to take a bend correctly
- How to lift a front wheel: passing natural obstacles (rocks, roots, etc.)

From 01/06 to 15/09
Opening hours on Saturday between 10 am and 12.30 pm and between 1 pm and 3.30 pm and between 3.45 pm and 6.15 pm.

Lesson for 1 person: €90
Lesson for 2 people: €110
Lesson for 3 people: €130
Lesson for 4 people: €150.
