Introduction to archery with Les Demoiselles du Plateau
Haut Valromey

For one session, become "Robin Hood".
Focusing on a target is a need for self-reflection.
Come and learn about one of the oldest arts still practiced.
Archery is a sport of skill par excellence, requiring both physical and mental qualities.
A rigorous sport, it develops and demands balance, will, self-control and resistance to stress.
Non-violent sport, it is most often practiced in the open air, where calm is a must.
For young people: archery is a fun discipline, the image of Robin Hood is always present in children's minds. For children with balance, posture and concentration problems, it can be a good sport, while remaining very vigilant about the choice of the power of the bow.
After the presentation of the equipment, Véronique will teach you precision in shooting, through different games. You will end the session by playing with the flu-flu arrows. A whole program....
The sessions take place outdoors, on the international biathlon stadium of the resort of Les Plans d'Hotonnes (commune of Haut Valromey).
The activity is open to children from 7 years old.
For the little ones we can organize a golf archery session around the stadium.
