Description

Installed at an altitude of 2,200m in the heart of the Aussois resort ski area, Olivier and his parents, his companion Angèle and their nephew and niece, Alban and Clémentine welcome you to the Game mountain pasture. The herd contributes, by grazing, maintenance of the ski slopes. Their milk is harvested by the Haute Maurienne Vanoise Dairy Cooperative for the production of Beaufort Eté.
10:30 a.m.: Join us at the mountain pasture to meet and discuss with our producers. A moment of sharing that will end with a tasting of Beaufort.
Book a table at the Restaurant d’altitude Peyra Levrousa on 04 79 83 32 31 or plan your picnic and take advantage of the afternoon to discover the mountain pastures independently.
Milking at 6 p.m.
Access (car): From Aussois, take the D108 to the dams car park. 6.5 km in about 10 minutes.
Hike: follow the Instants Beaufort arrows.

Access by the Grand Jeu chairlift: From Aussois, take the Grand Jeu chairlift. 9:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
