Hôtel-Restaurant Le Relais du Çatey

Madame and Monsieur Cottard transformed this house into a hotel-restaurant "le relais du catey".
In January 1992, after a trip for Dominique, with some great starred chefs (Pierre Gagnaire, Jean-Paul Goddard in Geneva, Freddy Girardet in Crissier...), and a hotel training for Valérie, they took over the reins of the establishment.
From the hotel and the restaurant, after several phases of renovation, offer to the guests, a charming establishment that has seven rooms of character and three rooms that can accommodate respectively 10 to 25 people.
Dominique DUCRETTET, offers you a lively and spontaneous cuisine. He highlights local products with a finesse approach. He also works with seasonal products from other regions (for example: the Saint Jacques de Saint Brieuc) and many others...

Only the restaurant is accessible to the PMR, not the hotel.
