The hotel's restaurant, Le Cocon, is open from Monday to Friday evenings. The talented Chef Nicolas Gacon, who joined the restaurant in April 2024, offers a seasonal menu based on fresh, local produce only. The restaurant maintains a vegetable garden in collaboration with Greater Lyon, the CRBA and TARVEL, and grows ‘forgotten’ organically grown vegetables sourced exclusively from the Rhône-Alpes region.
