The Gourmet Bar Confluence is a living space for all your desires.

From morning to night, the Gourmet Bar offers you a menu of essential ingredients, based on the seasons and inspired by local flavours. French cuisine that's both classic and elegant. On the menu, dishes created by the Chef's creativity using fresh produce of the moment.

Come and enjoy a drink and a board to share with friends on the panoramic terrace on the banks of the Saône in a relaxed atmosphere.

At any time of day, the barmen at the Gourmet Bar will be delighted to introduce you to new combinations of flavours and offer you a colourful new cocktail menu.

The Gourmet Bar is also a lively place that transforms itself for events such as jazz evenings and DJ sets.

Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 12 pm and 2.30 pm and between 7 pm and 10.30 pm. On Sunday between 7 pm and 10.30 pm.
Closed for lunch from August 4 to 18, 2024.

Closed sunday at noon.
