1pm: The power of water :
- sculpting and polishing water
- water mills and paddle wheels in action
- from small to large wheels: visit the former Lagarit workshop, powered by the waters of the Grand Nant and recently purchased by a young blacksmith.

4.15pm: departure from La Compôte
