It is set in a new building (also comprising a studio lodging) and adjoins the house of their son (living back side). Single level access. Large living room (air-conditioning), separate kitchen. Hall. 4 bedrooms (1 bedroom for 4 people with double bed + bunk beds) (2 bedrooms for 4 people with 2 single beds + bunk beds in each) (1 bedroom for 3 people with 3 single beds). Shower room with disabled access(shower, washbasin, Wc), sanitary facilities (2 washbasins, 2 showers), separate Wc. Bed & household linen (dish towels) supplied free. Towels hire on request. Outdoors : paved terrace, garden furniture, sunshades, small lawn area (shared), parking area in front of the gîte (for 6 vehicles). City stadium (tennis and petanque courts, skatepark...) 600m away. Near Villefranche-sur-Saône (5,5 km) and Lyon (28 km). Warm welcome.
