Fully fitted kitchen (semi-professional standard). 1st floor (same level access to lobby with coat hooks, shoe cupboard): 3 chalet style bedrooms (4 single beds) (4 single beds) (double bed, 2 single beds), each with en-suite facilities (shower, washbasin, WC). On same level as bedrooms: wooden deck, outdoor furniture. Courtyard with wooden outdoor furniture, parking, area for playing boules. Toilet block (WC, washbasin, washing machine). On wine-growing estate (Terra Vitis sustainable viticulture), wine tasting, commented tours. Helicopter flights from gîte can be arranged. Ideal for family gatherings. Also suitable for individual guests (nightly basis). Bedroom for 4 can be rented (depending on availability): 150€/1 night, 224€/2 nights, 300€/3 nights, 366€/4 nights.
