Large gîte for 15 people, ideal for family/friends or professional gatherings. Close to the city of L'Arbresle, very easily accessed, less than 1 kilometer from the village. Extensive grounds with lovely views of Bessenay, the countryside and orchards of cherry trees. Disabled access. Renovated respecting Low Consumption Building standards. 2 adjoining buildings : 1 gîte + 3 guest rooms. Ground floor (single level) : large living room (kitchen/ lounge/ dining areas, wood pellet stove), separate WC. Connecting door leading to the gîte (same level) : living room with kitchen area, 2 bedrooms (double bed) (2 single beds), shower room. WC. Upstairs : lounge (skylight, TV) on the mezzanine of the building including guest rooms, 3 bedrooms each one with private facilities. Double beds or single beds, mezzanine with double beds. Each bedrooms opens directly onto balcony with garden furniture. Terraces facing South, garden with play area, boules alley. Parking. Breakfasts on request. Can be hired for seminars. Warm welcome from the owners living in detached house at the back (no opposite neighbours, peaceful setting). Owners will do their best for you to spend a stay as pleasant as possible. Charging station (T2 type) for electric cars available.
