His creations always showcase his passion for his native region. He loves to serve the iconic Bresse chicken, and add his own unique touch to his grandmother's recipe for 'crêpes vonnassiennes'.
Georges Blanc is from a family of 3 generations of great cooks, and here, works his magic in the kitchens alongside his son Frédéric, who is carrying on the family tradition. Cookery classes, wine tastings and tours of the cellar are also available.
First Friday in February to early January.
Open Thursday evening, Friday, Saturday and Sunday lunchtime from 12.15pm to 2pm and evening from 7.15pm to 9pm.
Closed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday all day and Thursday lunchtime.
A la carte: 80 to 800 €.
