A short hike, a few Qi gong exercises to open yourself up to the discovery of the tree you like and feel the energy it gives off, a real encounter in a corner of the forest or in the mown meadows to connect with the tree and recharge your batteries.
All the knowledge of the forest, of wood and of the life that goes on beneath our feet and above our heads when we're in a forest in contact with trees, barely imaginable if we don't take the time to stop, listen, breathe and let the beautiful story and the information flow.
