Fromagerie de Drom

The whole team at the Drom cheese dairy welcomes you to their typical workshop, located in the "Dry Valley" of Drom, on the edge of the Revermont region.

Comté cheeses sold in the store are matured on site by Baptiste. In addition to cream, raw butter and white cheeses, the dairy also produces a very surprising cheese based on an ancient saffron recipe from this corner of the Ain: Clon.

You can also find Cassandre on Wednesdays under the covered market in Bourg-en-Bresse!

From 01/01 to 31/12/2025
Shop hours on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 9 am and 12.30 pm and between 5 pm and 7 pm. On Saturday between 9 am and 12 pm and between 4 pm and 7 pm. On Sunday between 9 am and 12 pm.
Wednesday the store is closed (Meet us at the Bourg-en-Bresse market)

Store open on public holidays from 9am to 12pm.
