Cooking with local produce" workshops: accompanied by a member of the vacation center's kitchen team, children will take part in 4 cooking workshops during their stay:
- a "trapper's meal" workshop, during which the children will discover that it is possible to prepare a delicious meal that they will enjoy during the evening in the bivouac... A meal eaten under the stars before sleeping in a tent for the night!
- a "make your own jam" workshop: after going to the market to find all the fruit they need, the youngsters will cook their own jam, and everyone will leave with a jar as a souvenir to take home!
- a "let's make our own bread" workshop: the youngsters will prepare the bread that will be served at the meal that follows, giving them an opportunity to showcase their culinary talent to all the youngsters at the center.
- a "snack" workshop decided by the children themselves, according to their sweet tooth of the moment!

Visit to the Beaufort Cooperative: the Beaufort Cooperative is where the famous cheese is made! Children can discover all the secrets of cheese-making, from milking to the arrival of the cheese on our plates! They can also taste this central element of Savoyard gastronomy.

Visit to a mountain pasture farm: accompanied by a mountain guide, the children will set off on a hike in the mountain pastures above Albiez-Montrond, during which they will be given explanations about the mountain flora and fauna. The hike ends with a visit to a mountain pasture farm, where the children can watch the cows being milked, and discover what life is like on the mountain pasture!

Overnight bivouac: the overnight bivouac will follow on from the hike and farm visit, to give them a great experience of sleeping in a tent! The meal, prepared that morning by the children, and the overnight stay will take place in a secure area that has been used for years for this activity. The tents, the stars, the songs and mysterious stories told by the animators will help the children forge a truly great camp memory!
