Created by the grandson of Flemish master Rogier Van der Weyden, discover this exceptional painting from the early 16th century. Carefully restored over three years by the Phoebus Foundation (Antwerp - Belgium), this masterpiece is presented for the first time in France. The eight-panel work is dedicated to Dymphne, an Irish saint.
Thanks to captivating video installations, discover the fascinating story of this woman in search of emancipation, the mysterious journey of this painting up to its incredible restoration, and also the teeming artistic universe of the Flemish Renaissance, of which the Royal Monastery of Brou is also a witness.
