In our village, nestling at the foot of the Aravis, come and share out roots, the treasures of our heritage (folklore, museum, bread baked in a wood-fired oven...) in a well-preserved place. Authentic village La Giettaz en Aravis has kept this little something that makes you feel good at once.
Come and take your mind off things (snowshoe outings, walks...) or discover new sensations (snowboard, mountain bike...), listen to the silence, enjoy the beauty of mountain nature! Fontaine Bartoud chalet is your home in the mountains.
Ideal for families with children, spacious, close to nature, alpine playground, with a little farm and a spring-fed watering place. "Kaisak" the llama grazes in the field with several sheeps.
Artificial lake in a greenery setting 6km away, Annecy lake 45km away, Chamonix 50km. In mountain pastures, hikes are very pleasant with the map of waymarked paths.
For your well-being, a balneotherapy area is waiting for you in the chalet (sauna and spa).

From La Giettaz, from Le Plan hamlet, ski on "Les Portes du Mont Blanc" area, connected to Megève and Combloux: 100km of slopes, a unique 360° panoramic view at the top of Le Torraz (1900m) over La Giettaz. Family skiing in front of Mont-Blanc.
