Description

山 shān is the sinogram meaning mountain.
These have a special role in Chinese thought, and cover 1/3 of the country.
We all have in mind the drawing of yin and yang, but few know the etymology of its sinograms.
陰Yin is the ubac, the shady side of the mountain, while
陽 Yang is the adret, the sunny side. It's easy to see why one can't exist without the other.
This morning will provide a theoretical, but above all practical, approach to plants, mountains, Qi Gong and meditation in traditional Chinese medicine.
