La ferme du Trèfle is an innovative farm, in terms of the breeds offered, including Angus, the organization of its buildings, and its breeding methods inspired by the work of renowned researcher Temple Grandin.
Camille invites you to explore the site, where everything is designed to produce quality meat while respecting nature, the environment, the animals, the people who work there and the consumers. You'll discover the farm's livestock buildings, barn drying facilities and feed robots in action! You'll also see the robots in action! Camille will tell you the story of this farm: the history of its development and its philosophy. You'll understand that this is a maturing farm where we think about well-being, the environment and product quality. Be curious, it's really fascinating and topical!
You'll finish with a succulent tasting of processed products (subject to availability on the day): sausage, dried meat, log, beef rillette.
