Noélie is originally from Ariège and her partner Thibaut from Vaucluse. Trained as agricultural engineers, Noélie and Thibaut could no longer reconcile their ecological values with their professional lives. They decided to leave their respective jobs and travel to refocus and rediscover the meaning of their commitment. On their return to France
they decided to become market gardeners in the mountains. In 2013, following an advertisement via Terre de Liens, they found a plot of land in the commune of Jarrier. In 2014, Ferme de la Fournache was born. Since then, Noélie and Thibaut have been growing organic vegetables.

From 01/05 to 31/10, every Wednesday between 5 pm and 7 pm.
