Exhibition - La rue des transitions
Firminy
The exhibition La rue des transitions, tissons la ville de demain (Street of transitions, weaving the city of tomorrow) is staged in the Saint Pierre Church on the Le Corbusier site in Firminy.
Designed by Caroline Manowicz and Costanza Benedetta Matteucci, the exhibition explores a more or less distant future in which fossil fuels are exhausted. This paradigm shift will have a major impact on our daily lives, and new paths will emerge.
From the modern city to the city in transition, the issues at stake are evolving, and this futuristic projection plunges visitors into six scenarios of ecological redirection, examining our urban social spaces, our modes of transport, our food and the noise we make in our cities,
Thanks to interactive installations, visitors can weave, sow, draw and recompose this city in transition.
and recompose this city in transition...
