Stéphane's pigs are raised outdoors all year round and fed GMO-free feed. Over a 26-week period, his animals are fattened with serenity. Cutting and processing are carried out in the farm's laboratory. Nitrites, phosphates and the like have no place here. A wide range of fresh, cooked, smoked and dried products is offered seasonally. Take a tour of the farm, from the stalls for the little ones to the view of the outdoor parks and the laboratory. A rare opportunity to share in the demanding adventure of a breeder. The tour ends with a tasting of charcuterie. Reservations required.
