The Caveau produces red and white Bugey wines (Bugey Brut, Bugey Chardonnay, Roussette du Bugey, Bugey Gamay, Bugey Pinot Noir, Bugey Mondeuse, Bugey Rosé), which are the perfect accompaniment to your meals, from aperitif to dessert.
Combining tradition and new techniques, both in viticulture and oenology, Laurent tries to respect the living world as much as possible.
He describes his job as one of passion.

Overflowing with energy, he bakes bread over a wood fire on site every Saturday with the farm's wheat, which is ground into flour in a cooperative mill.
