Du Soleil en Bouteilles is an artisanal micro-business based in Habère-Lullin, in the Vallée Verte, Haute-Savoie.
At an altitude of 1000 meters, Séverine concocts jams, syrups, chutneys and other delicacies, resulting in a range of products that varies with the seasons.
Some of the fruit used in our recipes is wild-picked from the surrounding area. Others come directly from the garden or from a neighbour's garden.
All the other ingredients are carefully selected, taking into account their origin and production methods.
We use short cooking times and small quantities, in a copper pot, to preserve the flavour and colour of the fruit, with just the right amount of sugar for optimum preservation. And that's all there is to it!
That's how we guarantee that our products are both healthy and environmentally friendly.
