Exterior access is via the property gate, and interior access is via your private entrance.

The layout is as follows: the small entrance hall opens onto the bedroom with bay window with electric roller shutter and adjoining access to your east-facing terrace. You'll find a 140x190cm bed, TV, computer, WIFI, armchair, table and chairs, and storage space.
The bathroom / wc is private, with multi-jet shower (and hammam on request, opt. 8 euros).

Breakfast served in your room or on the terrace. 3,000m² property, wooded, fenced, guarded grounds.

Secure on-site parking, professional electric car charger, swimming pool open from June 7 to September - weather permitting ( 9.5x4.5m, max depth 2m) with pool towels provided, a wonderful discovery!

In Valence, between Vercors and Provence, between Paris and the Mediterranean, our location allows you to enjoy all the advantages of a medium-sized city, while enjoying the peace and quiet of a wooded, enclosed property with swimming pool in summer. In the Rhone Valley, where the Ardèche is just a stone's throw away, this is an ideal stopover on your vacation or business travels.
