Ideally located at the entrance of the Carroz ski resort, the chalet is just a 10-minute walk from the town center. It also benefits from a free ski-bus stop right at the doorstep, allowing you to reach the gondola in under 5 minutes.
"Du Côté de chez Sou" is a true guesthouse where Sancie and Sylvain warmly welcome you in a friendly and inviting atmosphere. They are at your disposal to ensure a relaxing stay, while you enjoy the wonders of the mountains in every season.
The chalet features a spacious living area of over 100 m² on the upper floor, formerly used as a hayloft. This bright space includes a reception area, a large open kitchen where your hosts prepare delicious meals, and a dining area that shares an elegant designer fireplace with the living room, situated at the center of the space. Sylvain’s grand piano, as a professional pianist, adds a musical ambiance. Through large bay windows, the living room opens generously onto a long balcony and a vast terrace, equipped with an outdoor lounge where you can enjoy an aperitif at sunset or admire the starry sky.
The upper floor is open to guests for breakfast, afternoon tea, as well as for dinner and evening gatherings when the table d'hôtes is offered. Upon request, this space can also remain accessible for enjoying the piano or the home cinema, especially on days when staying indoors is more appealing.
The ground floor of the house is autonomously accessible at any time. You enter through the Ski Room, equipped with storage, lockers, an elliptical bike, and fitness equipment. A pleasant hallway leads to the bedrooms, and a cozy communal space, opening onto a sunny terrace, is available to guests. This area is equipped with a coffee machine, armchairs, games, and books for moments of relaxation.
THE ROOMS:
Cozy nests adapted to the rhythm of the seasons... Four rooms, located on the garden level and facing south, enjoy a small sunny outdoor space during the warmer months. Each room has its own unique style, offering a warm and comforting atmosphere.
Each room is equipped with:
- A Queen Size bed (160x200), which can be divided into two single beds.
- A wardrobe.
- A side table.
- A smart TV with a selection of international channels.
- A private bathroom with a toilet and a spacious shower.

The table d'hôtes is a special moment of sharing, where we take pleasure in engaging with you while offering our cuisine. It is inspired by the tradition of French gastronomy and the rich Alpine terroir, enhanced with a touch of modernity and Southern influences from our heritage.
All our dishes and desserts are homemade, prepared with fresh, seasonal products. Certain ingredients, such as mushrooms or wild berries, are frozen out of season to preserve their quality when they cannot be served fresh.
We are happy to accommodate special dietary requirements, as long as they are communicated at the time of booking your stay (allergies, food intolerances, vegetarian or vegan diets).
Breakfast is included in the room rate.
Dinner must be reserved at least the day before – rates per person vary depending on the season.
