Dominique and Jean-Philippe warmly welcome you to their bright, tastefully decorated home. Jean-Philippe is a painter and can show you around his studio. In the countryside, yet close to the city, the house is ideally situated for a relaxing vacation. The calm and serenity of the surroundings are ideal for relaxation. Hiking and walking trails start from the accommodation. Romans sur Isère is 3kms away (Musée international de la chaussure, Marque Avenue...), Tain l'Hermitage is 20kms away (Cité du chocolat VALRHONA, coteaux de l'Hermitage...), Valence is 25kms away. You'll be close to must-see sites such as Facteur Cheval's Palais Idéal and St Antoine l'Abbaye, 20kms away. You can also head to the Royans region, at the gateway to the Vercors Regional Nature Park, to Saint Nazaire en Royans for a paddleboat ride, or visit the Thaïs cave.

Contemporary guest house located in a residential area between Romans sur Isère and Peyrins. The two bedrooms are located in the owners' house. Each room is equipped with a double bed (1x160), a small desk, a TV, a storage unit and a courtesy tray (Nespresso). Rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a thermostat. Their private bathroom includes an Italian shower, washbasin and toilet. Each room also has its own small terrace overlooking the pool. The heated pool is open from May to September, weather permitting (12x4.5m, depth 10cm to 1m8), with secure cover. Free access to the house: equipped kitchen, TV lounge area, piano, dining area, laundry room (tumble dryer, washing machine), library area. Terrace with garden furniture, gas barbecue, garden. Sheltered parking on the property, enclosed grounds. 2 cats live on site.
